2022 COMPETITION TYRES AVAILABLE FOR USE

New Competition tyres have been allocated to many Classes for 2022.

Karting Australia understands that many Competitors may want to use the LeCont and Maxxis tyres as soon as they are available to them. KA’s insurers have confirmed the following:

“that competitors will have continuous (insurance) cover for social karting activities while using the new Competition tyres prior to January 1st.”

The LeCont and Maxxis tyres are able to be used for Social Karting Activities ONLY until January 1, 2022 when they will also become eligible for Competition.

For the sake of clarity, listed below is the Competition tyres for 2022-2026.
