Ricciardo Kart Junior Team Ready To Fire

The Ricciardo Kart Junior Team is set to light things up in 2015 as the five-driver squad tackles all five rounds of the newly formed Australian Kart Championship (AKC). The Ricciardo Kart will power our talented bunch of drivers across the country to compete against the nations’s top Karters.

In 2015 we welcome Troy Loeskow and Brock Plumb who will lead the way for the team in the KZ2 shifter Kart class. In the KF3 class the Ricciardo Kart Junior Team will be represented by drivers Lochie Hughes, Taine Venables and Harrison Hoey with Jackson Walls flying the Ricciardo Kart flag in the KA12 class.

As we hunt for Championship glory in 2015 the Ricciardo Kart Junior Team is proud to partnering with some of the country’s leading brands; Vrooam Lubricants, Vega, Bell Helmets, SP Tools, Aim Sportsystems, Freem and Freeline. The team will be run under the experienced banner of Patrizicorse for the 2015 Australian Kart Championship.

AUSTRALIAN KART CHAMPIONSHIP – ROUND 1 AT TODD ROAD

More than 240 entries have been received for the opening round of the 2015 Australian Kart Championship (AKC) to be hosted by the Go-Kart Club of Victoria at the Todd Road Circuit, Port Melbourne.

The lengthy circuit at Todd Road is a favourite amongst competitors and requires a solid team effort in the search for victory here.

Setting up the kart is tricky due to the length of the start/finish straight and the tighter hairpins.

Todd Road is no stranger to the Ricciardo Kart Junior Team with strong performances from our drivers in the past; including a KF2 Championship win for Leoskow in 2014.
