BOLIVAR TO HOST ROUND THREE OF THE SP TOOLS AKC

Karting Australia can confirm that Round Three of the 2021 SP Tools Australian Kart Championship presented by Castrol EDGE will be hosted by the Southern Go-Kart Club at the Bolivar Raceway on April 30-May 2.

Located just north of Adelaide, the Bolivar Raceway has been the scene for many significant Australian karting events over its 50-plus years of operation.

For Southern Go-Kart Club President Brett Fortanier, the return of a national-level event to the Bolivar venue is an exciting opportunity.

“Over the past few years we’ve been working hard on improving our facilities and it’s going to be great to be have a round of the Australian Kart Championship back at Bolivar,” said Fortanier.

“We look forward to welcoming all of the interstate competitors while also giving the opportunity for all of our local drivers the opportunity to test themselves against Australia’s best on their home circuit.”

The confirmation of Bolivar Raceway for Round Three leads to the Eastern Lions Kart Club hosting Round Four of the Championship in Victoria on June 25-27 and the Newcastle Kart Racing Club hosting the finale on August 27-29.
