Golden Power series set for blast off! – Entries close April 1

Rochester Kart Club is holding Round 1 of the Golden Power Series and its “ROARING” to go!!!

ENTRIES CLOSE FRIDAY 1ST APRIL
The Golden Power Series is also the Official Victorian IAME Challenge Series, where Leopard Light and Heavy Classes are offered as stand alone classes.
The Leopard drivers will have a chance to win a brand new X30 ENGINE which will be by RANDOM DRAW at the end of the Golden Power Series.
PLUS by competing in just 3 rounds you will be invited to enter Australia’s prestigious “IAME NATIONAL FINAL” event held at the SA State Championships in November where there will be heaps more prizes to be won.
(So if you are going to enter in Leopard Class at the State Championships it will be worthwhile considering being part of your IAME Challenge Series to also be eligible for the prizes)

PLUS, if you race all the rounds in Leopard class at the Golden Power Series ALL those Leopard competitors will receive an invitation to enter the Bruno Grana X30 International Trophy in France.

Leopard Light (160kg),  Leopard Heavy (180kg), Midgets 90 kg Comer – 100 kg Yamaha J,
Rookies, Junior Nat Light, Junior Nat Heavy, Junior Clubman, Junior Max, Clubman Light, Clubman Heavy, Clubman Super Heavy, Clubman over 40’s, Rotax Over 40’s (170 kg, A & B grade licence holders only) Rotax Pro (170 kg, A & B grade licence holders only), Tag Restricted Pro.

Round 1: Rochester (April 2nd and 3rd)
Round 2: Gippsland (May 7th and 8th)
Round 3: Bendigo (June 4th and 5th)
Round 4: Albury (August 20th and 21st)
Round 5: Puckapunyal (November 12th and 13th)

LUCKY DRAW SPIT ROAST TICKETS – FINAL ROUND
A Spit roast will be held on the Saturday night 12 November 2011.
All lucky prize draws will be done.
TOTAL PRIZE POOL FOR THIS YEARS SERIES IS APPROX $45.000.00 for competitors that have competed in all five rounds.
DRIVERS MUST BE IN ATTENDANCE TO RECEIVE ANY PRIZES FROM THE LUCKY DRAWS.

The cost is $20.00 per adult and $12.00 for children

PRESENTATION NIGHT – GOLDEN POWER SERIES:
Class trophies will be awarded at the VKA presentation night on the Saturday 10 December 2011.
