Karting Australia has confirmed the Ipswich Kart Club will host the Queensland Round of the 2016 Australian Kart Championship presented by Jayco and Castrol EDGE.
The iconic venue will be the focus of the Australian karting community across July 1-3 for the penultimate round of the 2016 Championship.
Confirmation of Ipswich as the host venue finalises the schedule for the 2016 Australian Kart Championship that is set to kick off in Dubbo on February 5-7.
Entries for Round One are now open through the CM:S system by selecting Australia as the State and Karting Australia as the Host Club.
2016 AUSTRALIAN KART CHAMPIONSHIP
Round 1 – February 5-7 – Dubbo, NSW
Round 2 – March 25-27 – Puckapunyal, Vic
Round 3 – May 13-15 – Monarto, SA
Round 4 – July 1-3 – Ipswich, QLD
Round 5 – September 23-25 – Port Melbourne, Vic
