The DPE Kart Technology imported Kosmic Kart has extended its lead in the Karting Australia Manufacturers Championship following Round Two of the Australian Kart Championship.
A strong showing in the KA2 class, where all three podium finishers were in the brand, helped Kosmic edge away from the Australian-made Arrow product.
FA Kart remains third in the standings while CRG overtook Ricciardo Kart to move into fourth place in the standings.
BirelART moved into sixth place, overtaking Scuderia PCR with Zanardi remaining eighth.
In the battle for the Teams Championship Shamick Racing enjoyed some great results across a variety of classes with their drivers helping to extend their lead at the top of the standings. The Victorian-based team now holds a 153-point lead over Patrizicorse in the standings.
The Troy Hunt-led Top Gun Racing team remains in third ahead of Harrington Doyle Racing Arrow Karts and the Tasmanian AWC Motorsport Academy outfit.
Karting Australia acknowledges Traditional Owners of Country throughout Australia and recognises the continuing connection to lands, waters and communities.
