In an exciting development IPK Australia brands Praga, OK1 and IPK will be distributed by Queensland-based GForce Karting run by the dynamic duo of Matt Greenbury and Scott Auld.
Since 2009, for the 6 past years the brands have been distributed by Ken Bensley and moving forward GForce Karting will transition to take over the brands and work with the existing dealer network and the great team of drivers.
“It is really exciting times, this is a fantastic opportunity and Matt and Scott are the perfect pairing to continue with all the hard work done so far with the brands whilst also forging themselves a sustainable future in the kart industry” said Ken Bensley.
Greenbury and Auld have proven themselves already running a very successful retail kart business for more than 3 years and utilizing their high level of technical skill backed by their own long histories in the sport.
GForce will maintain their retail business and marry their existing business with the IPK brands, distribution and support programs.
The move by the duo is backed by Italy with IPKarting S.R.L Chairman of the Board Daniel Silva welcoming the boys to the family and looking forward to a prosperous relationship filled with great results. IPKarting continues to be one of the most proactive kart and motorsports brands in the world, and this week unveiled a new supercar, the Praga R1R, a road version of the Praga R1.
With ongoing support provided to GForce by Ken and Louise Bensley the IPK dealers network and drivers can be guaranteed that the brand will be in capable and passionate hands moving forward.
This week the team tackles Round 4 of the Rotax Pro Tour at Warwick, Queensland. The event includes the introduction of the Micro Max class and will be an exciting opportunity for the sports youngest drivers with high hopes in our junior team who are already leading the Mini Max class with Bayley Douglas 1st and Baydon Phillips 5th in series.
