At a meeting today between Karting Australia, Karting Australia (NSW) Inc., North Shore Kart Club and Eastern Creek Karts matters related to private practice requirements at Sydney Premier Karting Park were resolved.
We are pleased to advise that as of next week, Karting Australia Licence Holders will be able practice at the Sydney venue under a Karting Australia organising permit – including all of the insurance benefits that this provides along with supervision that complies with Karting Australia’s Rules.
“I would like to thank all parties for helping to resolve the matter for the benefit of our Licence Holders and Eastern Creek Karts in a positive and collegiate manner,” said Karting Australia Chief Executive Officer Kelvin O’Reilly.
Mr O’Reilly’s sentiments were echoed by Eastern Creek Karts Director Alexandra Holt.
“This is a good outcome for everyone involved and for karting in Sydney,” said Mrs Holt.
North Shore Kart Club and Eastern Creek Karts look forward to hosting the next round of the Club Championship at Sydney Premier Karting Park under lights on Saturday August 22.
Karting Australia acknowledges Traditional Owners of Country throughout Australia and recognises the continuing connection to lands, waters and communities.
We pay our respect to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and to Elders past and present.
